Accident insurance is a form of insurance policy, which offers a payout when people experience injury or death due to an accident.
Payment to the University's account is tantamount to consent to provide the Insurer with personal data (First Name, Surname, ID number, address of residence) as part of the group contract for voluntary accident insurance for students and doctoral students of the Medical University of Lublin.
