The quality of education at the Medical University of Lublin is a complex process influenced by many factors, both external and internal. It includes excellence in teaching, compliance with expectations, efficiency in achieving goals, adaptability to a changing environment, and student satisfaction. University evaluation surveys are a crucial part of the quality assurance process, providing valuable feedback on teaching, learning, and overall university services.
By taking part in the evaluations, you take the opportunity to express your opinions regarding classes and teachers, and are able to influence the changes at the Medical University of Lublin. Surveys play a key role in universities' educational quality assurance systems, providing a valuable tool for gathering student feedback on the quality of teaching. They allow the identification of strengths and weaknesses in the organization of studies, teaching methods, and the functioning of the university, which makes it possible to take specific improvement measures. Surveys allow students to influence the quality of education, and their opinions are taken into account when making decisions about the organization of studies. For academic teachers, they are a valuable source of feedback, helping them to improve their teaching workshop. For university authorities. Surveys provide the information necessary to make decisions on personnel policy, financing of studies, as well as planning the development of the university.
Evaluation of the teachers and classes for the winter semester 2025/2026 has started!
Following last year's example, we prepared a simpler version of the formula – the lecturers' surveys and the subjects' surveys have been combined. Below, we are sending a link to log into the CEM system:

You can fill in the questionnaire surveys after selecting the subject and, in the next step, the teacher. We encourage you to complete the surveys and remind you that they are all fully anonymous.
